Principle :
    Air Floating treatment is one of the latest wastewater treatment techniques in the world.
    The p
rocess is to introduce a lot of bubbles into sewage, which stick to suspended solids (SS) by surface tension to form floating masses with specific gravity of less than 1. According to buoyancy principle, the masses float to water surface. Thus the contamination can be removed.
   The design defects of traditional floating technique lead to Iow efficiency, long retention period (40---60min) in floating pond, large-space equipment and Iow decontamination rate. So this type of floating treatment is out of date.
    The Super-efficient Shallow Ion- and Air-floating Purifier breaks through the traditional technique. Dy
namic inflow and static outflow applied in new technique is substituted for traditional dynamic outflow and static inflow. According to "Zero speed", the masses float to water surface vertically in a relative static environment. Thus the oxygen molecules in bubble will diffuse into sewage quickly. Such aeration improves efficiency of the treatment. Meanwhile, dissolved contaminants in sewage are being ionized, which is a reversible reaction in dynamic balance. Polar water molecule and organic SS surrounded by double electric layers will promote ionization.
