Principle :
Air Floating
treatment is one of the latest wastewater treatment techniques in the world.
The p rocess is to introduce a lot of bubbles into sewage,
which stick to suspended solids (SS) by surface tension to form floating
masses with specific gravity of less than 1. According to buoyancy
principle, the masses float to water surface. Thus the contamination can be
removed .
The design defects of traditional floating technique lead to Iow
efficiency, long retention period (40---60min) in floating pond, large-space
equipment and Iow decontamination rate. So this type of floating treatment
is out of date.
The Super-efficient Shallow Ion- and Air-floating Purifier
breaks through the traditional technique. Dy namic inflow and static outflow
applied in new technique is substituted for traditional dynamic outflow and
static inflow. According to "Zero speed", the masses float to water surface
vertically in a relative static environment. The floating distance reduces
to minimum and this process will not be affected by speed-varying flow.

According to statistical mechanics, when bubble's diameter is less than a
certain value, the surrounding heat-motioning water molecules will strike on
it to lose balance, which makes the bubble participate in Brown motion. Thus
the oxygen molecules in bubble will diffuse into sewage quickly. Such
aeration improves efficiency of the treatment. Meanwhile, dissolved
contaminants in sewage are being ionized, which is a reversible reaction in
dynamic balance. Polar water molecule and organic SS surrounded by double
electric layers will promote ionization. As a result, highdensity tiny
bubbles will accelerate generation of chemical compound in this reversible
reaction. Because of the advantages above-mentioned and some unknown
mechanism, model CQJ super-efficient shallow ion floating purifier not only
reduces SS by 99.8%, but dissolved COD by 45-73%, which has been verified by
Shanghai Designing Institute of Ministry of Light Industry and some other

CQJ type has another advantage. The high-density
